Lynne Cantwell is Irish rugby’s most capped (86) female player and Ireland’s Grand Slam vice captain from 2013 Rugby world cup sevens team. Lynne has a Sports and Exercise Science degree from the University of Limerick and a Masters in Physiotherapy from Southampton University. Lynne has recently been appointed South African rugby’s first high performance manager for the women’s game and is currently doing an Executive Team Coaching MSc with Ashridge Business school.
She is a member of the Sport Ireland Executive Board & High Performance Board and Chair of Sport Ireland's Women In Sport Committee. She is notably the most capped Irish Women's Rugby Player, and now applies learnings from High Performance Sport to Business and back again.
